would cause it to become subject to an open-source software license
(such as licenses requiring the SDK to be disclosed in source code form).
5. Critical Application Disclaimer: This software is not tested or certified
by NVIDIA for use in any system or application where a failure could
result in injury, death, or catastrophic damage (e.g., avionics, medical,
life support, or autonomous vehicle systems). NVIDIA and the developers
disclaim all liability for use in Critical Applications.
